About
Strength, mobility and recovery under one roof
Taking Your Body To The Next Level!

District Flex is built for people who want to keep training for decades, not weeks. That means coaching the lift and treating the tissue — in the same building, by people who talk to each other about your progress.
Everything here is one-on-one. A certified trainer writes and coaches your program. A licensed therapist handles the bodywork. Mobility and corrective work bridge the two so the gains you make on the floor actually stick.
It's not a bodybuilding gym and it isn't a clinic. It's a performance and recovery center for athletes, weekend competitors, desk workers and anyone who wants to move like they used to.
Ownership
Meet the Owner — JC Rocha

JC Rocha is the founder and owner of District Flex Dominion and a Nationally Board-Certified Athletic Trainer with a background in Sports Medicine. A graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word, JC has built his career around understanding the human body, improving movement, developing strength, and helping people continue doing the things they love.
Throughout his career, JC has worked with individuals across nearly every stage of life — from 5-year-old youth athletes to adults 87 years of age. His professional experience spans middle school, high school, collegiate, professional athletics, and the general fitness population, giving him a unique perspective on how training needs change throughout a person's lifetime.
JC founded District Flex with one central purpose: longevity.
His philosophy is simple: Train the body you have today.
Training shouldn't be about trying to move like you did 20 years ago or chasing an unrealistic version of who you think you should become. It should begin with understanding your body right now — its strengths, limitations, movement patterns, and goals — and developing it from there.
At District Flex, the goal is to help people train smarter, move better, build strength, improve mobility, reduce unnecessary pain, and create a body capable of supporting the life they want to live.
Whether you're a young athlete developing your foundation, an adult trying to stay strong and active, or an older adult focused on maintaining independence and quality of life, the mission remains the same:
Build what you have. Protect what you have. Keep moving for life.

How we work
Our approach
- 01
Assess honestly
Every relationship starts with a movement screen and a conversation about history, injuries and what you actually want.
- 02
Program specifically
Your plan is written for your body and adjusted session to session — not pulled from a template.
- 03
Recover deliberately
Massage, mobility and recovery sessions are scheduled as part of the plan, not as an afterthought.
