Recovery and bodywork session at District Flex in San Antonio

Why it works

What you get out of it

  • Compression therapy for heavy legs and long days on your feet
  • Percussion work to calm down overworked tissue
  • Cryo therapy sessions between training blocks
  • Assisted stretching to hold onto range of motion
  • Recovery planned around your training week, not at random
  • Guidance from certified trainers and licensed therapists

Recovery is part of the program

Progress happens between sessions, not during them. Recovery work at District Flex is scheduled deliberately — after heavy weeks, before competition, or on the days your body is asking for it.

Because training, bodywork and recovery live in the same building, your trainer and therapist can see the whole picture and adjust what you do next.

What's available

Compression pants and percussion therapy are available as monthly add-ons, cryo therapy runs per treatment, and assisted stretching is booked as a session or as part of a package.

Not sure where to start? Book the free movement and goal consultation and we'll tell you honestly what will help and what won't.

Common questions

Do I need to be an athlete to train at District Flex?
No. District Flex is built for anyone who wants to move better and feel stronger — from complete beginners to competitive athletes. Every program starts with where you are today.
What should I bring to my first session?
Comfortable training clothes, athletic shoes and a water bottle. Arrive about ten minutes early to finish your intake forms if you have not completed them online.
What is the difference between mobility and stretching?
Stretching lengthens tissue temporarily. Mobility work builds strength and control in that new range so the change lasts and shows up in your lifts and daily movement.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window may be charged; the exact policy is shown before you confirm any booking.
