  • Coached in a group, programmed like a private session

  • Scaled options for every fitness level
  • Training partners who show up with you
  • Same price structure as one-on-one packages

How group sessions run

Every session opens with a movement prep and mobility block, moves into the strength or conditioning work for the day, and finishes with a coached cool-down. Your coach scales loads and variations on the spot so everyone trains hard at their own level.

Group HIIT packages are sold in the same 4, 8 and 12 session blocks as one-on-one training, so you can mix group days with private days in the same week.

Who it's for

People who train better with other people around: friends, couples, coworkers and members who want the accountability of a set time on the calendar.

It's also a smart bridge if you've finished a block of one-on-one training and want to keep the structure and coaching without the private-session cadence.
