Trainer coaching a client through a heavy trap-bar deadlift at District Flex in San Antonio

Why it works

What you get out of it

  • A program written for your body, not a template
  • Technique coached in real time, every rep
  • Progress tracked session to session
  • Training that works around old injuries
  • Mobility and massage support in the same facility
  • Flexible early morning, midday and evening slots

How training works here

Your first visit is a movement screen and a conversation. We look at how you squat, hinge, press and rotate, then talk through injury history, schedule and what a good outcome looks like for you.

From there your trainer builds a progression and coaches every session. Loads, volume and exercise selection get adjusted based on how you're actually responding — not what a printed plan says week four should be.

Who trains at District Flex

Adults returning to structured training after years away. Competitive athletes who need durability across a season. Desk workers dealing with hips and shoulders that stopped cooperating. Lifters who want a coach who will tell them the truth about their technique.

If you're carrying a nagging issue, corrective exercise sessions run alongside your training to address the cause rather than working around it forever.
